观察了复黄生肌膏对创伤大鼠伤口愈合时间和对愈合过程中大鼠血清及肉芽组织中纤维结合蛋白 (Fn)水平的影响。结果表明 :复黄生肌膏可使创伤大鼠伤口愈合时间明显提前 ,同时复黄生肌膏还可显著提高创伤大鼠血清及肉芽组织中Fn水平 ,提示该药是血清及肉芽组织中纤维结合蛋白水平的良好调节剂 ,提高血清及肉芽组织中的纤维结合蛋白水平可能是其促进伤口愈合的机理之一。
