某急倾斜不稳固铜矿床品位较低,目前采用分段崩落法开采。随着开采深度的下降,地表塌陷区域不断扩大,为保护地表建、构筑物安全,研究安全、高效的开采技术势在必行。对价格变动与采矿方法选择的关系进行了研究,结果表明当铜金属价格高于38249元/t时,充填法的经济效益优于崩落法开采。并利用FLAC~(3D)数值模拟、技术经济比较等方法,分析确定了崩落法开采移动范围及充填法开采对地表的影响程度,结果表明采用上向进路充填法回采,不仅能多回采136.1×10~4 t矿石,且地表沉降、水平变形等参数均小于规定的允许值。
A steeply inclined instability copper deposit is of lower grade and is currently being mined by caving. As the depth of mining decreases, the surface subsidence area will continue to expand, so it is imperative to study safe and efficient mining technology in order to protect the surface construction and structures. The relationship between price changes and the choice of mining methods was studied. The results show that when the copper metal price is higher than 38249 yuan / t, the economic benefit of the filling method is better than that of the caving method. By using FLAC 3D numerical simulation and technical and economic comparison, the influence of the mining range of caving method and the influence of filling method on the earth’s surface is analyzed and confirmed. The results show that adopting the upward approach filling method can not only recover 136.1 × 10 ~ 4 t ore, and surface subsidence, horizontal deformation and other parameters are less than the allowable value.
