工程咨询企业是为工程建设项目全过程提供咨询和智力服务的专业服务企业。目前,关于专业服务企业的理论研究更多的集中于管理、组织和人力资源等领域。选取我国工程咨询企业作为研究对象,采用案例研究方式,探讨环境、战略等因素对专业服务企业业务拓展方式的影响,使战略管理理论向服务业推进,对相关专业服务企业具有一定的指导意义。
Engineering Consulting Enterprise is a professional service enterprise providing consulting and intellectual services for the entire process of construction projects. At present, the theoretical research on professional service enterprises focuses more on the fields of management, organization and human resources. This paper chooses engineering consulting enterprises in our country as research objects and uses case studies to explore the impact of environment and strategy on business development of professional service enterprises so that strategic management theory can be promoted to service industry and has some guiding significance for relevant professional service enterprises.
