随着卫生部应用DRGs对医院进行绩效考评工作的不断推进,编目工作被列为等级评审中48个核心条款之一,有效提高编目质量已成为各级医院的当务之急。我院运用PDCA循环建立长效管理机制,编目准确率持续提高,由实施PDCA循环前的86.3%上升至目前的95.6%,提高率为67.9%,效果显著。PDCA循环已成为实现编目工作持续改进的重要管理工具。
As the Ministry of Health applies the DRGs to the performance evaluation of hospitals, the cataloging work is listed as one of the 48 core terms in the rating review. Effectively improving the quality of cataloging has become a top priority for hospitals at all levels. The PDCA cycle was used to establish a long-term management mechanism in our hospital. The accuracy of cataloging continued to increase from 86.3% before the implementation of the PDCA cycle to the current 95.6% with an improvement rate of 67.9%. The effect is remarkable. The PDCA cycle has become an important management tool for continual improvement of cataloging.
