论述了氢环境服役厚壁压力容器用高温耐蠕变钢2.25Cr1Mo0.25V的焊接。目前已有许多规范和标准阐述了这类钢的焊接,如美国石油协会实用推荐934—A《高温高压氢服役铬钼钢及铬钼钒钢材料及使用》。提出了埋弧焊条件下这类钢的焊接要点,以确保在特定服役条件下,焊缝达到的技术要求。
The welding of 2.25Cr1Mo0.25V high temperature creep resistance steel for thick-walled pressure vessel used in hydrogen environment is discussed. At present, there are many norms and standards on the welding of this kind of steel, such as the American Petroleum Institute’s practical recommendation 934-A “high temperature and high pressure hydrogen service chrome molybdenum steel and chromium molybdenum vanadium steel materials and use.” The welding points of such steels are proposed under the conditions of submerged arc welding to ensure the technical requirements of the welding seam under certain service conditions.
