建立了一个用于柴油机排气微粒泡沫陶瓷过滤体微波再生过程模拟计算的数学模型。通过模拟计算,对过滤体微波再生特性进行了数值预测,并对影响过滤体再生的几种主要因素进行了分析。计算结果表明,过滤体微波再生技术是可行的,再生持续时间为(10~15)min,再生效率一般可达到85%左右,但再生效率和再生速率受再生时间、过滤体积碳量、气流中氧含量以及气流速度大小等因素的影响。计算结果可以为再生系统的进一步优化提供理论依据。
A mathematical model was established for simulating the microwave regeneration process of diesel exhaust particulate ceramic filter. Through the numerical simulation, the microwave regeneration characteristics of the filter body are numerically predicted, and several main factors affecting the filter body regeneration are analyzed. The calculation results show that the microwave regeneration technology of the filter body is feasible, the regeneration duration is (10-15) min, and the regeneration efficiency can generally reach about 85%. However, the regeneration efficiency and the regeneration rate are affected by the regeneration time, the volume of carbon in the filter, Oxygen content and the size of the air velocity and other factors. The results can provide a theoretical basis for the further optimization of the regeneration system.
