7S工作是莱城发电厂改善工作环境、提高工作效率、提升职工素养的有效手段。笔者根据7S管理工作经验,阐述了莱城电厂7S管理中如何打造亮点及创新实践过程。实践证明,采用全员发动、创新思维等工作方法,能够解决7S活动开展过程中的生搬硬套的问题,确保7S活动实施过程的高标准打造。
7S work is an effective means to improve the work environment, improve working efficiency and enhance staff quality in Laicheng Power Plant. Based on the experience of 7S management, the author expounds how to create a bright spot and innovate practice process in 7S management in Laicheng Power Plant. Practice has proved that the use of full mobilization, innovative thinking and other methods of work, to solve the 7S activities in the process of carrying out the problem, to ensure the implementation of 7S activities to build a high standard.
