本文观察了蜂花粉及其醇提取物对小鼠体内外脂质过氧化的影响。结果表明,蜂花粉醇提物在体外能抑制正常小鼠肝匀浆过氧化脂质生成,并能对抗半胱氨酸和硫酸亚铁所致过氧化脂质生成增加。蜂花粉口服对老龄小鼠及由于四氧嘧啶与饲过氧化玉米油所致血清和肝组织过氧化脂质增加有明显的抑制作用。提示蜂花粉可能有益于维持体内自由基的动态平衡,保护机体免受过氧化脂质的侵害。
This article observed the effects of bee pollen and its alcohol extract on lipid peroxidation in vivo and in vitro. The results showed that the extract of bee pollen could inhibit the formation of lipid peroxidation in normal mice liver homogenate in vitro and increase the production of lipid peroxidation induced by cysteine and ferrous sulfate. Oral administration of bee pollen significantly inhibited the increase of serum lipid and liver lipid peroxidation in aged mice and alloxan caused by feeding oxydation of corn oil. Suggesting that bee pollen may be beneficial to maintain the body’s free radical dynamic balance, protect the body from lipid peroxidation.
