脑叶出血在CT应用以前诊断亦很困难。1983年8月以来,我们收治了经CT证实的脑叶出血42例,报告如下: 临床资料一般资料:男30例,女12例。发病年龄为32—74岁,其中32—40岁6例,41—50岁3例,51—60岁19例,61—70岁11例,71岁以上3例,平均年龄53岁。有高血压病史,入院时血压高于正常者28例,有4例病史不详,入院后血压一直高于140/90mmg, 故高血压者共32例,占76％。其中31例在51岁 Lobedium hemorrhage in the CT diagnosis before the application is also very difficult.
