Uplink power feedback is a key technique in the VDSL (Very High Speed Digitizers Subsystems) system and is used to counteract the severe far-end crosstalk caused by short to long lines in the same cable. The article first analyzes crosstalk, and then focuses on the five UPBO (upstreampowerbackoffmethods) program. Finally, compatibility issues with a variety of UPBO schemes describe a globally agreed solution to receive power spectral density.
