以2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮(UV-0)为原料,与丙烯酰氯反应得到2-羟基-4-丙烯酸酯基-二苯甲酮(HAB),然后与糖单体3-O-丙烯酰基-1,2,5,6-O-双异丙叉-α-D-葡萄糖(OAIG)聚合,制备了poly(HAB-OAIG)(PHIG),最后PHIG经三氟乙酸水解得到了poly(HAB-co-3-O-烯丙基酰氯-α-D-葡萄糖)(PHG),采用IR、1HNMR和GPC对其进行了表征。并研究了聚合物的紫外吸收能力和抗光氧化能力,结果表明,PHG在280~360 nm内有良好的紫外线吸收效果,最大吸收波长为331 nm;MTT实验显示,不同浓度PHG浸提液处理的L929细胞相对细胞增殖率均大于80%,且随着浓度增大,相对细胞增殖率无明显降低,说明PHG具有良好的生物相容性。
2-Hydroxy-4-acrylate-benzophenone (HAB) was obtained from 2,4-dihydroxybenzophenone (UV-0) with acryloyl chloride and then reacted with 3-O Poly (HAB-OAIG) (PHIG) was prepared by polymerization of acryloyl-1,2,5,6-O-diisopropylidene-α-D-glucose (OAIG) poly (HAB-co-3-O-allyl chloride-α-D-glucose) (PHG) was characterized by IR, 1HNMR and GPC. The results showed that PHG had a good ultraviolet absorption at 280 ~ 360 nm with a maximum absorption wavelength of 331 nm. The MTT results showed that different concentrations of PHG extract Of L929 cells relative cell proliferation rates were greater than 80%, and with increasing concentration, the relative cell proliferation rate was not significantly reduced, indicating PHG has good biocompatibility.
