钙皂分散力是钙皂分散剂的主要性能之一。测定钙皂分散力的方法很多,目前国际上通常采用分散指数法(即Borghetty Borg-man法)[1]。但该法没有明确指出调节终点时加入分散剂的方式,而且分散剂起点用量也偏大。我们经初步试用后发现分散剂加入方式对结果影响很大,如果采用资料所介绍的逐步添加分散剂调节终点的方法,由于已形成的钙皂不易逆转,导致结果偏高,而且重现性差。我们重新拟订了适当的分散剂用量范围,采用多试管分散剂一次加入法,获得了满意的结果。
Calcium soap dispersion is one of the main properties of lime soap dispersants. There are many ways to determine the dispersion of lime soap. At present, the dispersion index method (Borghetty Borg-man method) is commonly used in the world [1]. But the law does not explicitly point out the way to adjust the end of the dispersant, and the starting point of the amount of dispersant is also too large. After preliminary trial we found that the addition of dispersant has a great impact on the results. If we adopt the method of gradually adding the dispersant to adjust the endpoint as described in the data, the developed calcium soap is not easy to reverse, resulting in high results and poor reproducibility. We redrafted the appropriate range of dispersant dosage, using a one-shot addition of multi-tube dispersant, with satisfactory results.
