目的:观察心脉隆胶囊(XMLJ)对高脂血症大鼠血脂及肝脂的治疗作用。方法:一次性ip维生素D 6×105U.kg-1,喂食高脂饲料4周建立大鼠高脂血症模型。建模后用不同剂量(450,300,150 mg.kg-1)的XMLJ ig治疗4周,测定大鼠血清血脂含量、过氧化损伤及内皮损伤程度,观察肝组织病理改变。结果:XMLJ各剂量均能降低总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、丙二醛(MDA)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、血栓素B2(TXB2)含量,升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、一氧化氮(NO)、前列环素(PGI2)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力(P<0.05),肝组织损伤减轻。结论:XMLJ能调节高脂血症大鼠血脂水平,提高机体抗氧化损伤能力,改善血管内皮功能,减轻肝脏脂肪变性程度。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Xinmailong Capsule (XMLJ) on blood lipids and hepatic lipids in hyperlipidemic rats. Methods: One-time ip vitamin D 6 × 105U.kg-1, fed with high-fat diet for 4 weeks to establish rat model of hyperlipidemia. The model rats were treated with different doses (450,300,150 mg.kg-1) of XMLJ ig for 4 weeks. The levels of serum lipid, peroxidation and endothelial injury were determined and pathological changes of liver were observed. Results: All doses of XMLJ could reduce the levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), malondialdehyde (MDA), endothelin-1 (TXB2), HDL-C, NO, PGI2 and SOD activity (P <0.05), while the levels of TXB2, Liver tissue damage reduced. Conclusion: XMLJ can regulate the level of blood lipid in hyperlipidemic rats, improve the ability of anti-oxidant and damage the body, improve endothelial function and reduce the degree of hepatic steatosis.
