为了满足列车能够传输高质量音频信息的需求,设计了一种基于以太网的数字音频功率放大器。设计以TI公司的达芬奇数字媒体处理器TMS320DM368作为语音系统的中央处理器,采用TLV320AIC23BPW对音频信号进行编解码,音频信号的功率放大由数字功放芯片TPA3118D2DAPR来实现。另外,设计采用RS485接口与安装在客室内外多点处的环境噪声采集单元通信实现了广播音量的自动调节,保证乘客在噪杂的环境中能清晰听到广播的内容。首先,介绍设计的总体架构,然后,对主要功能模块的设计与实现进行了详细的描述,最后,简单介绍硬件测试工作。目前,该数字音频功放已被成功应用于列车乘客广播系统领域。
In order to meet the demand of train to transmit high-quality audio information, an Ethernet-based digital audio power amplifier is designed. Design to TI’s Da Vinci digital media processor TMS320DM368 as the voice system’s central processor, using TLV320AIC23BPW audio signal encoding and decoding, audio signal power amplification by the digital amplifier chip TPA3118D2DAPR to achieve. In addition, the design uses RS485 interface and installed in the indoor and outdoor multi-point ambient noise acquisition unit communication to achieve automatic adjustment of the volume of the radio to ensure that passengers in a noisy environment can clearly hear the broadcast content. First of all, introduce the overall structure of the design, and then, the design and implementation of the main function modules are described in detail, and finally, a brief introduction to the hardware testing. At present, the digital audio amplifier has been successfully applied to the field of train passenger broadcasting system.
