我院儿科1980年1月～1988年12月小儿急诊死亡269例,现就死因分析报告如下。资料与结果资料来源本院,每例只统计一项主要疾病。在269例中,男182例。年龄1天～15岁,其中新生儿最多,92例,其次婴儿73例。发病季节以秋季最多共81例。住院时间0.5h～24h146例,～3天82例,～13天41例,平均2.3天。本组常见死因依次为:重症肺炎、新生儿破伤风、败血症、乙型脑炎、急性坏死性肠炎和病毒性脑炎。分类详见附表。
Pediatrics in our hospital from January 1980 to December 1988 pediatric emergency death 269 cases, the cause of death is now analyzed as follows. Data and Outcomes The sources of this study were only one major disease per case. In 269 cases, 182 males. Age 1 day to 15 years, of which the largest number of newborns, 92 cases, followed by 73 cases of infants. The onset season in autumn up to a total of 81 cases. Hospitalization time 0.5h ~ 24h146 cases, ~ 3 days in 82 cases, ~ 13 days in 41 cases, an average of 2.3 days. The common cause of death in this group were: severe pneumonia, neonatal tetanus, sepsis, Japanese encephalitis, acute necrotic enteritis and viral encephalitis. Categories see the schedule.
