目的观察柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减配合万艾可治疗阳痿的临床疗效。方法随机选取符合纳入标准的阳痿患者100例,随机分为治疗组50例和对照组50例,对照组给予内科常规治疗同时口服万艾可,治疗组在对照组基础上给予柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗。观察两组患者治疗前、治疗3个疗程后及疗程结束后6个月时的IIEF-5评分及阴茎插入成功率、保持勃起至完成性交成功率,以及不良反应情况。结果连续治疗3个疗程后,及疗程结束后6个月时随访,治疗组和对照组IIEF-5评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组阴茎插入成功率、保持勃起至完成性交成功率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组近期和远期疗效均优于对照组。结论柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减配合万艾可治疗阳痿的临床疗效明显,可降低万艾可的用量,缩短用药时间,从而减少副作用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chaihu Plus Longgu Muli Decoction plus Wanaike in treating impotence. Methods 100 cases of impotence patients were randomly selected and divided into treatment group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases). The control group was treated with routine internal medicine and Viagra was given orally. The treatment group was given Bupleurum plus Longgu Muli Decoction . The scores of IIEF-5, the success rate of penile insertion, the success rate of maintaining erection to completion of intercourse, and the adverse reactions were observed before treatment, after 3 courses of treatment and 6 months after the end of treatment. Results After 3 courses of continuous treatment and 6 months after the end of treatment, the differences of IIEF-5 scores between the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant (P <0.05); the success rate of the penile insertion in the treatment group and the control group was maintained There were significant differences in success rate of erection to completion of intercourse (P <0.05). The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in the short and long term. Conclusions Chaihu plus Longgu Muli Decoction combined with Viagra treatment of impotence clinical curative effect is obvious, can reduce Viagra dosage, shorten the medication time, thereby reducing the side effects.
