1977年以来,我们对3例病变范围较大,反复发作的牙根尖周炎患者,作了病牙离体治疗后再植,获得较为满意的效果。典型病例孟某,女,16岁,学生。5年前左侧下牙剧烈疼痛,服药后减轻。但此后患处经常疼痛,脸部肿胀。每次发作,均予抗生素治疗。2个月前,又出现上述症状,用抗生素治疗无效。检查:(?)(牙合)面广泛性深龋穿髓,髓组织已坏死,呈暗黑色,牙松动2°。颊侧齿龈有瘘管,粘膜皱襞部红肿。下颌体部肿胀,表面皮肤充血,有肿块,压痛。颌下淋巴
