汽车转向器螺杆中心细长孔长径比高达15左右,且口部直径小、内部直径大。通常采用机加工,生产效率低,制造成本高。本文从转向器螺杆的坯料形状、细长孔成形后整形和挤压芯棒形状3个方面制定了挤压成形方案。设计并制作模具,进行了挤压实验。实验结果表明,3种工艺方案均能挤压成形细长台阶中心孔,但工艺复杂程度及成形后的形状尺寸略有区别。实验最终确定的最佳工艺方案为:先在坯料上加工出Ф12.5mm中心通孔,再利用穿插台阶状芯轴挤压成形出Ф12mm中心细长孔和Ф8mm端头小孔。

In this paper, three aspects of the blank shape of the steering screw, the shaping of the elongated hole and the shape of the extruded mandrel are developed. The experimental results show that all three kinds of process schemes can extrude the elongated center hole of the step, but the complexity of the process and the shape and shape after forming are slightly different. Finally, the best experiment scheme was determined as follows: first Ф12.5mm center hole was machined in the blank, then Ф12mm center hole and Ф8mm hole were formed by extrusion step-like mandrel.
