采用了将生产系统分解为“生产系统相对独立单元”的方式，得出了集控程序中启、停车判断逻辑的通式，使得其集控程序设计的方法能适应于从简到繁的任何生产系统，而且也适用于不同方式选择形式的操作台面板设计或不同的微机操作站人机界面设计。
