每次经过淮海中路,总能在上海哈尔滨食品厂的门店前看到大排长龙的景象,队伍中不仅有白发苍苍的中老年人,也不乏衣着光鲜时尚的年轻白领。品尝过“哈氏”糕点的消费者都对其实实在在的用料和香浓醇厚的口感赞不绝口。许多顾客都说这就是他们记忆中的味道。今年恰逢上海哈尔滨食品厂创立80周年,我们借此机会走近这家闻名沪上80载的老字号企业,探寻其历久弥新的成功奥秘。
