办好人民满意的教育,迫切要求加强农村中小学教师继续教育,提高教师队伍整体素质和专业化水平。农村中小学教师在继续教育认识上存在误区、缺乏统筹规划、教育培训模式单一,影响了继续教育效果。优化农村中小学教师继续教育体系,关键在于加强继续教育整体规划,加强继续教育模式创新,加强继续教育结果运用,加强继续教育组织领导。
To satisfactorily satisfy people’s satisfaction with education, it is urgently required to strengthen the continuous education of primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas so as to improve the overall quality and professionalism of teachers. Rural primary and secondary school teachers have some misunderstandings in continuing education, lack of overall planning, a single mode of education and training, and the effect of continuing education.
