为了探讨有高危因素的早期子宫内膜癌患者术后辅助化疗对其预后的影响,选择1998-05-2009-03具有高危因素的早期子宫内膜癌患者60例为化疗组,60例相同期别未化疗者为对照组,观察两组患者的5年生存率并进行比较与分析。化疗组患者的5年生存率为93%,对照组为80%,两组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。初步研究结果提示,对有高危因素的早期子宫内膜癌患者术后辅助化疗能改善患者的预后,提高5年生存率。 In order to investigate the impact of postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy on the prognosis of patients with early stage endometrial cancer with high risk factors, 60 patients with early stage endometrial cancer with high risk factors from 1998-05-2009-03 were selected as chemotherapy group, The patients who did not receive chemotherapy were the control group. The 5-year survival rates of the two groups were observed and compared. The 5-year survival rate was 93% in the chemotherapy group and 80% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Preliminary findings suggest that postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy for patients with early stage endometrial cancer at high risk may improve patient outcomes and increase 5-year survival.
