Corporate culture is an outstanding culture that enterprises accumulate and keep exploring to form in practice. How to draw on corporate culture to carry out vocational education is an issue that should be actively explored. This article introduces the practice and exploration of applying 3Q6S enterprise management model popular in Japanese enterprises to class management.
