“民工荒”是当前我国经济发展中面临的严峻问题,也是学者们广泛关注的热点问题。“民工荒”表面是企业民工短缺现象,背后折射的是企业组织管理问题,对于在复杂的、非线性的社会环境中发生的“民工荒”现象,传统的研究方法已不足以揭示其复杂性和整体性。本文从企业组织管理角度出发,运用复杂科学基础上的管理熵和管理耗散结构理论对“民工荒”现象进行探析,并给予相应的政策性建议。
