目的为进一步宣传医院感染预防控制知识,加强医务人员的感染控制意识,提高其感染控制技能。方法规划了以“华西感控,从我做起”为主题的感染控制宣传周活动,主题内容包括手卫生、职业安全、合理用药和正确的标本送检,通过6场讲座、3套展墙、34 000张折页、知识、技能竞赛、舞台剧等形式的活动,大力宣传医院感染预防控制知识;并于活动后随机抽取参加人员的10.0%进行问卷调查,评估活动的效果。结果共计4907人次参加了现场活动,3720人次参加了各种游戏活动;活动后的问卷调查显示,93.2%的医务人员认为感染控制宣传周对感染控制知识和技能的提高有帮助,使71.3%的人认识到感染控制的重要性,84.8%的人员在临床工作中增加了手卫生次数,88.0%的人员不同程度的掌握了个人防护用品的正确使用。结论医院感染控制宣传周活动,是宣传医院感染预防控制知识的有效方式,通过丰富多彩的宣传活动,能显著提高医护人员的感染控制意识和技能,感控周活动对提高医疗质量、保障医疗安全起到了积极作用。
Objective To further publicize the knowledge of prevention and control of nosocomial infection, strengthen the awareness of infection control among medical staff and improve their infection control skills. Methods The program planned an awareness-raising week on infection control with the theme of “Sensory Control in West China and Start From Me”. The topics covered were hand hygiene, occupational safety, rational drug use and accurate specimen submission. Through 6 lectures and 3 sets Exhibition walls, 34,000 pages, knowledge, skill competitions, stage shows and other forms of activity, vigorously promote knowledge of hospital infection prevention and control; and after the activity randomly selected 10.0% of participants to conduct a questionnaire survey to assess the effectiveness of the event. Results A total of 4907 people took part in the live activities and 3720 people participated in various game activities. After the survey, 93.2% of the medical staff thought that the infection control awareness week helped to improve the infection control knowledge and skills, and 71.3% Recognition of the importance of infection control, 84.8% of the staff in the clinical work increased the number of hand hygiene, 88.0% of personnel to varying degrees, mastered the proper use of personal protective equipment. Conclusion The hospital infection control publicity week activity is an effective way to promote hospital infection prevention and control knowledge.
