目的:探讨速度向量成像技术在妊娠期糖尿病胎儿左心室功能评价中的临床应用价值。方法:采集54例妊娠期糖尿病胎儿和54例正常对照组胎儿动态标准四腔心切面,应用速度向量成像技术脱机分析室间隔及左室侧壁共6个节段的速度、应变、应变率来反映胎儿左心室的收缩及舒张功能。结果:妊娠期糖尿病组胎儿收缩期峰值速度(Vs)和舒张期峰值速度(Vd)随孕周的增长而增加;32周后妊娠期糖尿病胎儿Vs、28周后Vd、24周后应变(S)、收缩期应变率(SRs)、舒张期应变率(SRd)均低于正常胎儿组(均P<0.05)。结论:妊娠期糖尿病胎儿左心室功能受到影响;速度向量成像技术可以反映妊娠期糖尿病胎儿左心室的收缩及舒张功能。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of velocity vector imaging in the evaluation of fetal left ventricular function in gestational diabetic fetus. Methods: Forty-four fetuses of gestational diabetes mellitus and 54 normal controls were enrolled in this study. The velocity, strain and strain rate of 6 segments of ventricular septum and left ventricular wall were analyzed offline by velocity vector imaging To reflect the fetal left ventricular systolic and diastolic function. Results: The peak systolic velocity (Vs) and diastolic peak velocity (Vd) of gestational diabetes mellitus patients increased with gestational age. Vs of gestational diabetic fetus after 32 weeks, Vd of 28 weeks later, S ), Systolic strain rate (SRs) and diastolic strain rate (SRd) were lower than those of normal fetus group (all P <0.05). Conclusion: Left ventricular function of fetus with gestational diabetes mellitus is affected. Velocity vector imaging can reflect left ventricular systolic and diastolic function of gestational diabetic fetus.
