本文导出NH_3+N_2+Co_2氮基气氛软氮化的氮势计算公式,并且用七种钢试样在管式炉内进行许多次软氮化试验。结果表明,各种钢试样表面均能获得一定的氮碳共渗层深度,其中包括碳氮化合物层和扩散层深。试验过程中取气样分析炉气成分,并测定氨的分解率,然后用两种方法确定气氛的实际氮势值。两种方法测得的氮势值十分相近,并且都大于纯氨氮化时生成白层的临界氮势,说明导出的氮势公式适用于度量氮基气氛软氮化的能力。
In this paper, the formula of nitrogen potential for nitrogen nitriding in NH 3 + N 2 + Co 2 atmosphere is deduced and many soft nitriding experiments are carried out in a tube furnace with seven kinds of steel samples. The results show that a certain depth of nitrocarburizing layer can be obtained on the surface of various steel samples, including the carbonitride layer and the diffusion layer. Gas samples were taken during the test to analyze the composition of the furnace gas, and the ammonia decomposition rate was measured. Then, two methods were used to determine the actual nitrogen potential of the atmosphere. The nitrogen potentials measured by the two methods are very similar and both are larger than the critical nitrogen potential of the white layer formed when pure ammonia is nitrided, indicating that the derived nitrogen potential equation is suitable for measuring the nitriding ability of the nitrogen-based atmosphere.
