目的观察长期补充胆碱对双酚A(Bisphenol A,BPA)诱导的成年大鼠空间记忆损害是否有保护作用。方法40只60 d龄的Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为4组:普通饲料(1.1 mg胆碱/kg饲料)对照组,普通饲料+BPA(BPA 50μg/kg bw)组、胆碱饲料(5.1 mg胆碱/kg饲料)对照组和胆碱饲料+BPA(BPA 50μg/kg bw)组。干预24周后行Morris水迷宫和海马乙酰胆碱酯酶(Acetylcholinesterase,ACh E)检测。结果普通饲料BPA组的大鼠与其他3组大鼠相比,其逃避潜伏期延长、目标象限游泳时间减少,而且海马ACh E降低(均P<0.05);胆碱饲料BPA组的这些指标与对照组比较差异无统计学意义。结论长期补充胆碱可以有效缓解BPA所致成年大鼠的空间记忆损害。
Objective To investigate whether long-term choline supplementation may have protective effects on spatial memory impairment induced by bisphenol A (BPA) in adult rats. Methods Forty Wistar male rats, aged 60 days, were randomly divided into 4 groups: normal diet (1.1 mg choline / kg diet), normal diet + BPA (50 μg / kg bw), choline diet Choline / kg feed) control group and choline feed + BPA (BPA 50 μg / kg bw) group. Morris water maze and acetylcholinesterase (ACh E) test of hippocampus were performed 24 weeks after intervention. Results Compared with the other three groups, the escape latency, the target quadrant swimming time and the ACh E in the hippocampus decreased significantly in the BPA group (all P <0.05). Compared with the control group There was no significant difference between the two groups Conclusion Long-term choline supplementation can effectively relieve spatial memory impairment in adult rats induced by BPA.
