我国目前已成为钛白粉生产大国,2014年主要企业的产能利用率在90%以上,行业集中度得到明显提升,国内钛白粉产品质量开始为国际市场接受。“十三五”时期,钛白粉行业应抓住我国经济结构优化升级的机遇,在清洁生产技术改造、产品结构优化和企业兼并重组上制定切实可行的目标,开拓钛白粉制造强国之路。推进行业清洁生产要打造钛白粉制造强国,清洁生产是钛白粉行业的必由之路。“十三五”期间,钛白粉行业要优化硫酸法钛白粉生产工艺,进行清洁生产技术改造,提高“三废”治理与控制水平,做好环保工作。
