目的探讨胃癌初诊患者血清mi R-20a的表达情况及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法采集45例原发胃癌初诊患者血清,应用实时定量PCR(q RT-PCR),加入cel-mi R-39作为数据标准化指标,检测血清mi R-20a的表达量。结果胃癌患者血清中mi R-20a表达与胃癌分化程度、TNM分期及淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。低分化组血清mi R-20a表达水平明显高于中分化组和高分化组。mi R-20a在Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期患者血清中的表达水平明显高于Ⅰ期,有淋巴结转移组明显高于无淋巴结转移组。mi R-20a的表达与患者的性别、年龄无明显相关性。结论胃癌患者血清mi R-20a表达与胃癌分化程度、临床分期及淋巴结转移相关,可能用于胃癌早期诊断和病情监测。
Objective To investigate the expression of mi R-20a in patients with newly diagnosed gastric cancer and its relationship with clinicopathological features. Methods Serum samples from 45 newly diagnosed patients with primary gastric cancer were collected. Real-time quantitative PCR (q RT-PCR) and cel-mi R-39 were used as data standard to detect the expression of mi R-20a in serum. Results The expression of mi R-20a in gastric cancer patients was closely related to the differentiation, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). The expression of mi R-20a in poorly differentiated group was significantly higher than that in moderately differentiated and well differentiated groups. The expression of mi R-20a in patients with stage II, III and IV sera was significantly higher than that in stage I, and lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that without lymph node metastasis. mi R-20a expression and patient’s gender, age, no significant correlation. Conclusion The expression of mi R-20a in gastric cancer patients may be related to the differentiation degree, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer, which may be used in the early diagnosis and condition monitoring of gastric cancer.
