利用技术路线图的研制思路和表示方法,定性地分析出对企业战略发展有重要影响的若干备选技术,并在此基础上采用层次分析法对难以量化的技术评价准则系统进行科学合理的量化分析,从理论上建立企业绘制技术发展路径的规划模型,以发现与企业战略目标相一致的技术发展路径,实现企业战略和技术预见的融合。并以微电子冷却技术领域为研究对象进行了深入的综合算例分析,最后指出该模型的适用范围及对我国企业技术管理的启示。
Based on the research ideas and presentation methods of technology roadmap, this paper qualitatively analyzes some alternative technologies that have an important influence on the strategic development of enterprises, and on the basis of which, it uses the analytic hierarchy process to scientifically and reasonably quantify the technical evaluation criterion system which is difficult to quantify Analyze and establish the planning model of the development path of enterprise’s drawing technology theoretically in order to find the technological development path that is consistent with the strategic goal of the enterprise and realize the integration of the enterprise strategy and technical foresight. And the micro-electronics cooling technology for the study conducted in-depth comprehensive case study, and finally pointed out the scope of application of the model and the enlightenment of our country’s enterprise technology management.
