双导梁穿行式架桥机由于具有自动化高、架设跨度大、吊装质量大及工效高等优点,越来越多地被公路桥梁架设所采用。但用长度较大的大型双导梁架桥机架设跨径大、预制梁重量大、半径较小的斜坡桥时,其施工荷载、导梁的前移就位、预制梁的纵向前移运送、横向就位等都比较困难。在通梅一级公路二密河大桥施工中,通过对架桥机前支腿、前桁车横梁、中台车等关键部位进行技术改造,并采用双导梁旋转就位、后端临时支撑的方法克服了上述难题。不但缩短了工期,而且降低了造价,创造了我省双导梁穿行式架桥机架设小半径大跨径弯坡斜桥的先例。
