目的 :建立妇经冲剂丹参酮 A质量控制方法。方法 :采用薄层扫描法测定妇经冲剂中丹参酮 A含量并进行了方法学研究。结果 :方法平均回收率 97.97% ,RSD为 2 .44 %。本方法简便、快速、重现性好。结论 :本方法可作为妇经冲剂的质量控制方法。
Objective : To establish a method for quality control of mascara tanshinone A. Methods: The tanshinone A content in Fujing Granules was determined by thin-layer scanning and methodological studies were conducted. Results: The average recovery rate of the method was 97.97% with RSD of 2.44%. This method is simple, rapid, and reproducible. Conclusion : This method can be used as a quality control method for Gynecological granules.
