通过灰成分分析、灰熔融性测定、X射线衍射分析、EDS能谱分析等,对三种秸秆——稻秸秆、麦秸秆、棉花秆的灰熔融过程及灰特性进行了研究。研究表明:稻秸秆灰样含SiO_2高达61.63%,变形温度最高但变形温度与半球温度温差小;麦秸秆灰样含SiO_236.90%,变形温度较低;棉花秆灰样含K_2O_30.20%、SiO_211.16%,变形温度最低,但与半球温度之差很大,半球温度高达1480℃。
The ash fusion process and ash characteristics of three kinds of straw - rice straw, wheat straw and cotton stalk were studied by means of gray component analysis, ash melting determination, X - ray diffraction analysis and EDS EDS. The results show that the ash content of rice straw is up to 61.63%, the deformation temperature is the highest but the temperature difference between the deformation temperature and the hemisphere temperature is small. The ash content of wheat straw is about 36.90% and the deformation temperature is lower. The cotton stalk ash content is K_2O_30.20% SiO_211.16%, the lowest deformation temperature, but the difference with the hemisphere temperature is very large, the hemisphere temperature up to 1480 ℃.
