大兴安岭地区行政公署,各市、县人民政府,省政府各直属单位:加快推进经济体制改革,对贯彻落实科学发展观,构建和谐龙江,促进全省经济社会又好又快发展具有重要作用。根据国家有关经济体制改革的精神和要求,结合我省实际,现就2007年全省深化经济体制改革提出如下意见。一、总体要求(一)贯彻落实党的十六大以来改革开放和现代化建设的方针政策,坚持科学发展观,针对阻碍我省经济又好又快发展的体制问题以及不利于社会和谐的体制机制性矛盾,继续稳步务实地推进经济体制改革,
