随着数字化、网络化的深入发展,高校图书馆用户关于数字信息资源使用的咨询数量正在迅速提高,但这些用户都缺乏基本的信息检索技能。他们如果得不到恰当、有效的指导和支持,高校数字图书馆的作用就可能被削弱。特别是我国作为信息资源不丰富、期刊和数据库的数量均有限的发展中国家,必须对用户培训给予足够重视,设法提高用户的信息获取能力,使有限的数字信息资源得到充分的利用。
With the deepening of digitization and network, the number of university library users on the use of digital information resources is rapidly increasing, but these users lack the basic information retrieval skills. Without proper and effective guidance and support from them, the role of university digital libraries may be weakened. In particular, as a developing country with limited information resources and limited number of periodicals and databases, our country must pay enough attention to user training and try its best to improve the users’ ability of obtaining information so that limited digital information resources can be fully utilized.
