八九年下半年,日本暂停了对我国8100亿日元的第三批贷款.世界银行延期讨论我国8.7亿美元的项目贷款、商业银行也暂缓执行对我国的商业贷款,并且停止执行我国在海外发行的债券、限制了中国银行的资金拆放额度,于此同时,国内又强调降低发展速度、调整产业结构、减缩需求、稳定物价.如何将我国外资形式与外资战略适应国际、国内经济新形势,以使我国经济损失降低到最低程度,这是摆在我们面前的实际问题,本文试图探讨我国当前形势下的外资形式与外资战略的最优选择问题.
