本文从提出电力企业成本管理中存在的问题入手,进行了相应的对策思考,认为电力企业进行全面预算管理和存货科学管理成为加强成本管理的关键所在。
This paper starts with the problems existing in the cost management of electric power enterprises and makes corresponding countermeasures. It is considered that the key to strengthening cost management is that the electric power enterprises conduct the comprehensive budget management and the inventory management.
