随着油田开发时间的延长,套管破损逐渐增多,P区井筒状况日益变差,从1996年第一口套损井出现到现在套损井数量已达到82口。为了减少套损井给原油生产带来的影响,在吸取以往经验和教训的基础上,通过大量的现场试验,摸索总结套损规律,实施不同的套损治理方法,提高套损井治理水平和手段,将套损井对产量的影响降到最低。
With the extension of oil field development time, the casing damage gradually increased, and the wellbore condition in P zone became worse and worse. From the first casing damage well in 1996 to the present, the number of casing damage wells has reached 82. In order to reduce the impact of casing damage on crude oil production, on the basis of drawing on past experience and lessons learned, a large number of field tests were conducted to find out the law of casing damage and to implement different casing damage management methods to improve the management level of casing damage wells. Means to minimize the impact of casing damage on production.
