可控硅调压式抽油机节能控制器在抽油机电机上应用时产生电机电压、电流波形畸变以及负载电路中产生谐波,阐述了负载中( 由调压引起) 的谐波只有奇次谐波,在对称的三相电路中,n = 3 k( k 为任意整数) 时,3 ,9 ,15 等次谐波电流不存在. 但在节能器应用时的谐波测试发现,负载电路中包含各次谐波,且5 次谐波电流幅值(1 ~15 A) 最大, 原因:①供电电路不完全对称;②控制电路元、器件质量上差异造成控制电路不完全对称;③电机本身( 陈旧、振动) 以及抽油机在运行时的发电状态造成的. 测试结果表明:各次谐波幅值均较小,5 次谐波电流幅值远小于国家电力部门所规定的60 A 限值,同时,谐波电压总畸变率满足国标要求.

The test results show that the magnitude of each harmonic is small and the amplitude of the fifth harmonic current is far less than the limit of 60 A prescribed by the state power department. Meanwhile, the total harmonic distortion rate meets the requirements of the national standard.
