目的:观察ESWL治疗复杂性肾结石的疗效。方法:采用国产JDPN-IVB型碎石机对结石部位碎石治疗及体位药物排石。结果:以ESWL及体位药物排石治疗,多次复震为主,排净率为95.7%;4个月以内排净率为98%。结论:ESWL治疗复杂性肾结石是一种有效的治疗方法。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of ESWL in the treatment of complicated kidney stones. Methods: Domestic JDPN-IVB lithotripsy lithotripsy lithotripsy and body position of the drug row of stone. Results: ESWL and body position row of stone therapy, multiple seismics-based, net discharge rate was 95.7%; within 4 months net discharge rate was 98%. Conclusion: ESWL treatment of complex renal stones is an effective treatment.
