在金融资本纷纷涌向大中城市和中心集镇的时候,浙江省每年却有约10亿元的民间资本逆流进山,投资建设小水电站,从丰富的水力资源中获取丰富的经济收益。据浙江省水电开发管理中心提供的数据,浙江省现有建成和在建小水电站2800多座,总装机容量189万kW,按每千瓦装机平均投资7500元计算,这些小水电站总投资约141亿多元,其中70％以上是民间资本。
When financial capital flocked to large and medium-sized cities and central market towns, Zhejiang Province had about 1 billion yuan of private capital going into the mountains each year, investing in and building small hydropower stations, and obtaining abundant economic benefits from abundant hydropower resources. According to the data provided by the Zhejiang Hydropower Development Management Center, there are currently more than 2,800 small hydropower stations built and under construction in Zhejiang Province, with a total installed capacity of 1.89 million kW, and an average investment of 7,500 yuan per kilowatt installed capacity. The total investment of these small hydropower stations is approximately 14.1 billion yuan. Diversified, of which more than 70% are private capital.
