1993年开始,我园在南京师范大学赵寄石教授的指导下,运用“行动研究法”对2~3岁托班幼儿的教育活动进行了探索研究。现将两年多来我们探索的托班儿童发展目标介绍于下:一、指导思想幼儿的身心是在与周围环境的交互作用中逐步发展起来的。在这个过程中,幼儿的生长环境及所受的教育对幼儿的发展起着主导作用。对一个刚入托的2岁孩子来说,实际上是一个从个体步入群体的过程。幼儿从家庭中一个倍受关注的独生子女,成为托班集体中的一员,这一角色变换将引起其行为举止的一系
Since 1993, under the guidance of Professor Zhao Xishi from Nanjing Normal University, I Park explored the educational activities of preschool children aged 2 ~ 3 using “Action Research Method”.
