框架协议招标模式在工程中发挥重要作用,也是工程项目的设备物资采购招标中重要环节,对招投标工作来说具有非常大的意义。分析了框架协议招标模式以及框架招标中需要注意的问题,有利于框架协议招标模式在工程项目设备物资采购中的应用。
The framework agreement bidding mode plays an important role in the project and is also an important link in bidding for equipment and materials of the project. It is of great significance to the bidding and tendering work. The paper analyzes the bidding mode of frame agreement and the problems that should be paid attention to in the framework bidding, which is propitious to the application of the framework agreement bidding mode in the material procurement of the project equipment.
