大连中国石油大厦结构内筒为钢筋混凝土筒体,结构外框地下4层至2层为框架,3层至45层为交叉桁架筒体,属超高层复杂结构。对钢结构外筒-钢筋混凝土内筒、钢筋混凝土外筒-钢筋混凝土内筒、钢管混凝土外筒-钢筋混凝土内筒、钢结构外筒-钢结构内筒(钢框架+内藏钢板支撑混凝土剪力墙筒体)、混合外筒(10层以下为钢管混凝土,其他为钢结构)-钢筋混凝土内筒5种结构体系形式进行了分析。分析结果表明,由于外筒具有很强的抗侧刚度,因此在设计中为强度控制而非变形控制。5种结构体系形式中,混合外筒-钢筋混凝土内筒结构体系形式的受力性能和经济性能最优越。针对混合外筒-钢筋混凝土内筒结构体系形式进行了结构质量分布偏心影响分析、结构抗倒塌能力分析、结构延性分析等方面的研究。研究结果表明,交叉桁架外筒-钢筋混凝土内筒结构体系具有很好的抗侧和抗扭刚度,抗倒塌性能优越;但水平地震作用下外筒桁架斜柱以受轴力为主,结构整体延性稍差,若外筒边缘杆件采用抑制屈曲支撑代替钢管斜柱,则结构将具有更优越的变形能力和延性。
The structure of the China Petroleum Tower in Dalian is a reinforced concrete cylinder. The framework of the frame is from the 4th to the 2nd floors of the frame and the cross-truss is the 3rd to 45th floors. It belongs to the super complex structure. Steel structure of the outer tube - reinforced concrete inner tube, reinforced concrete outer tube - reinforced concrete inner tube, steel tube concrete outer tube - reinforced concrete inner tube, steel outer tube - steel inner tube (steel frame + built steel support concrete shear Force wall cylinder), mixed outer cylinder (10 below the concrete-filled steel tube, the other for the steel structure) - reinforced concrete inner tube five kinds of structural systems were analyzed. The analysis results show that the outer cylinder has strength-controlled rather than deformation-controlled design due to its strong lateral rigidity. Among the five kinds of structural system forms, the mechanical performance and the economic performance of hybrid outer tube-reinforced concrete inner tube structure system are the best. Aiming at the structure of hybrid outer tube and reinforced concrete inner tube, the influence of structure mass distribution eccentricity, structural collapse resistance and structural ductility analysis are studied. The results show that the cross-truss outer tube-reinforced concrete inner tube structure system has good anti-side and torsional stiffness and excellent anti-collapse performance; but under the action of horizontal earthquake, the outer cylinder truss inclined column is mainly subjected to axial force and the whole structure Ductility is slightly worse, if the outer edge of the cylinder with restrained buckling brace instead of steel inclined column, the structure will have more superior deformability and ductility.
