本文采用DNA Typer~(TM)19试剂盒对307例重庆地区无血缘关系汉族前科人员样本检测18个STR基因座的遗传多态性。实验发现18个STR基因型分布均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡(P>0.05),杂合度(H)介于0.654~0.948,匹配概率(Pm)介于0.016~0.221,个体识别率(DP)介于0.779~0.984,多态信息含量(PIC)介于0.540~0.910,非父排除概率(PE)值介于0.360~0.894。重庆汉族人群18个STR基因座中除CSF1PO、TH01和TPOX外的15个STR基因座均具有高杂合度、高鉴别力和高信息量的遗传多态性。18个STR基因座联合应用具有高度的法医个体识别和亲权鉴定能力。
In this study, genetic polymorphisms of 18 STR loci were detected in 307 Han unrelated Han nationality forensic workers in Chongqing using DNA Typer ~ (TM) 19 kit. The distribution of 18 STR genotypes was found to be in accordance with the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (P> 0.05). The heterozygosities (H) ranged from 0.654 to 0.948 and the matching probabilities (Pm) ranged from 0.016 to 0.221. 0.779 ~ 0.984, polymorphism information content (PIC) ranged from 0.540 to 0.910, and non-parent exclusion probability (PE) ranged from 0.360 to 0.894. Among the 18 STR loci in Chongqing Han population, 15 STR loci except CSF1PO, TH01 and TPOX all had genetic polymorphisms with high heterozygosity, high discrimination and high information content. 18 STR loci combined with a high degree of forensic individual identification and paternity testing capabilities.
