为达到正畸目的常需拔除前磨牙,可直接解除拥挤,纠正前牙关系。拔牙矫治中,牙弓大小的变化贯穿整个治疗过程,拨牙牙位的选择将直接影响牙弓前段的内收。学者们对于切牙的移动与软组织侧貌的变化是否存在确定的比例关系存在异议。作者的目的是研究拔除上颌第一或第二前磨牙后上颌牙弓大小及位置的变化。 材料和方法 选择拔除4个前磨牙的患者71例,病例纳入的条件:①非对称的前磨牙拔除病例排除在外;②任何病例不得采用辅助装置;③所有病例要求资料齐全,均采用方丝弓矫治技术。疗程
