高密度脂蛋白(HDL)通过促进胆固醇逆转运、改善内皮功能、抗氧化、抗炎、抗血栓和促纤溶等作用,发挥血管保护作用。近年来,HDL的研究有了较大的进展,HDL已成为当前冠心病防治工作的新靶点,多种升高HDL的措施正在进行临床试验,进一步研究HDL的结构、代谢、保护作用及其机制,能够深入了解脂质代谢过程和冠心病发病机制,为冠心病防治提供新手段。
High-density lipoprotein (HDL) plays a role in vascular protection by promoting reverse cholesterol transport, improving endothelial function, anti-oxidation, anti-inflammation, anti-thrombosis and fibrinolysis. HDL has made great progress in recent years. HDL has become a new target of prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease. A variety of measures to increase HDL are undergoing clinical trials to further study the structure, metabolism and protection of HDL Mechanism, to understand the process of lipid metabolism and coronary heart disease pathogenesis, provide a new means of prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease.
