利用热分析手段研究了添加镧对FeSiBCuNb非晶合金晶化过程晶相析出温度的影响。试验结果表明,镧明显改变了α-FeSi放热峰的形状和位置,随镧含量的增加,第一放热峰向高温移动。因镧的加入,高温析出相(硼化物)的放热峰位置偏移,形状变得陡峭。由热磁曲线得到的该合金的居里温度随镧加入量的提高而下降。含镧合金的性能分析证实:加入镧不能改善该合金的磁性能。
The influence of lanthanum addition on the crystallization temperature of FeSiBCuNb amorphous alloy was studied by means of thermal analysis. The experimental results show that lanthanum significantly changes the shape and location of the exothermic peak of α-FeSi. With the increase of lanthanum content, the first exothermic peak moves toward the high temperature. Due to the addition of lanthanum, the exothermic peak position of the high-temperature precipitated phase (boride) is shifted and the shape becomes steep. The Curie temperature of the alloy obtained from the thermomagnetic curve decreases with the addition of lanthanum. Performance analysis of the lanthanum-containing alloy confirmed that the addition of lanthanum did not improve the magnetic properties of the alloy.
