根据本实验室条件对7个瘤型共45份人体实体瘤标本进行了体外克隆培养,获得成功。培养成功率为71％(32/45)。47％(21/45) 病人可从本实验获得体外药物敏感信息。本法简便,适宜国内条件,可以推广采用。
According to the laboratory conditions, a total of 45 human solid tumor specimens of 7 tumor types were cloned and cultured in vitro. The success rate of culture was 71% (32/45). 47% (21/45) of patients can obtain in vitro drug sensitive information from this experiment. This method is simple, suitable for domestic conditions, and can be promoted.
